Built in wood and stone in 2009, it combines the charm, warmth and authenticity of a real mountain chalet.

In the heart of the Valfréjus ski resort, facing the magnificent panorama offered by the Vanoise National Park, our chalet is less than 220 m from the start of the ski lifts.
Ski-in/ski-out access for skiers.

Individual chalet of 190 m² comprising :
- large living/dining room with fireplace. TV, DVD player, stereo, PS3.
- a fully-equipped kitchen (fondue and raclette machines, kettle, Nespresso, Senseo and filter coffee makers, oven, toaster, dishwasher, microwave...)
5 bedrooms including :
- 3 bedrooms with 160 cm beds
- 1 family room with 1 160cm bed and 1 bunk bed (sleeps 2)
- 1 dormitory room with 2 bunk beds (sleeps 4)
- sauna

Other facilities
- terrace, balcony and garden with barbecue
- ski locker and shoe dryer
- 3 cots with additional mattresses
- 2-car garage and private parking

Pets allowed (at the lessor's discretion and on request).

Rental rates include water, heating, wood and electricity.
Bed linen and towels provided and end-of-stay cleaning included for all full-week bookings (extra charge for short stays).

When the resort is open in winter, only full weeks from Saturday to Saturday are available for rental.
Outside these periods, short stays are accepted; please enquire.

Finally, the owner can offer a table d'hôte formula on certain weekends, or from Friday to Monday if you want to come and recharge your batteries for more than two days, or telework in the fresh air.
