Recently renovated 3-room ski-in/ski-out apartment, 70 meters from the heart of the resort in a quiet residence in Valfréjus.

This 39m² apartment with a balcony is ideal for a family of four, as there’s no need to use the living room sofa. The maximum capacity is five people when using the living room sleeper sofa. For a fifth person, you must obtain permission from the owner. A garage is available in the basement, equipped with a heavy-duty outlet.
The apartment is very sunny, as it faces southeast, allowing you to enjoy the sun first thing in the morning.

The residence is located at the foot of the slopes, 70 meters from the Arrondaz gondola and the resort center, where you’ll find shops, restaurants, ski schools, and entertainment. Ski-in/ski-out access.

If you need to work, a coworking space is available at the resort’s youth hostel, located at 120 rue des Bettets

Located on the 3rd floor, accessible by elevator.
Amenities in the residence: private heated ski lockers and direct access to the slopes. LOCKED GARAGE INCLUDED with electrical outlet (standard height restriction).
