Artisan Chocolatier-Confectioner by training, Aurore Pollet offers a wide range of chocolates, dark couverture, milk, ivory (bench), Dulcey ...
These chocolates are available in different forms: in boxes (mendiants, orangettes, liqueurs, ...), in tablets, in lollipops and in subjects to offer for children and greedy adults!
We also offer artisanal sweets such as marshmallow, nougat or even caramel.
Ice creams and sorbets produced on site are available during the summer season, to be enjoyed on the dedicated terrace.
