Visit to the Lavoir mountain pasture

Formerly a military barracks, the Fort du Lavoir now houses the Alpage du Lavoir. You can visit the production room and maturing cellar, and buy Beaufort d'Alpage, Tomme, Raclette, Sérac and fromage blanc.
