It is located 150 meters from the Charmasson slope and less than 200 meters from the ski lifts and ski schools, with the option to ski back to the chalet. The meeting point for the ESF and EVOLUTION2 ski schools is at Place des Bergers (resort center) and, on the way back, at the Arrondaz plateau via the gondola lifts (alt. 2,777 m).
The apartment opens onto a beautiful living area with a sitting area and a sofa bed for 2 people. A fully equipped kitchen with a dining area (oven, dishwasher, induction cooktop, microwave, refrigerator, kettle, toaster, Senseo coffee maker… vacuum cleaner, washing machine). A closed bedroom with mechanical ventilation and no windows, featuring two 140 x 190 cm bunk beds. A second bedroom with three sleeping spots (one 140 x 190 cm bed + one 90 x 190 cm bed). Two bathrooms with walk-in showers and sinks. A separate toilet.

Parking is permitted in front of the chalet while unloading luggage to facilitate snow removal.

Upon request, you can access the Wellness Area, featuring a sauna and a Nordic-style outdoor barrel hammam heated by a wood-burning stove, offering an eco-friendly wellness experience. The outdoor Nordic hot tub, also heated by wood, provides a unique experience facing the peaks of the Vanoise, taking relaxation to new heights (1.5-hour session for €110 for 4 people).
