Located in a small, recent residence of 12 units, in a chalet environment, it benefits from direct access to the outside (with staircase), making you feel immediately at home.

With a surface area of 35m², very comfortable for 4 people and able to accommodate a maximum of 6, the Refuge du Cerf comprises :
- An entrance area with plenty of storage space,
- A cosy living area with a large leather sofa bed (140x200cm) and a 107cm 4K connected TV, and a kitchen and dining area (extendable table for 4 to 8 people),
- A double bedroom (bed 160x200, 2nd TV, storage space),
- An enclosed cabin (80x190 bunk beds with individual spaces equipped with storage and personal lighting) designed in a cabin spirit that will appeal to young and old alike! It can also accommodate a crib,
- A bathroom (shower, towel dryer, washing machine) with direct access to both the bedroom and the cabin for easy dressing,
- Separate toilet,
- A balcony with a large private ski locker, featuring an electric shoe dryer in winter (4 pairs) and outdoor furniture in summer (dining set for 4, electric plancha, chilienne) to take full advantage of the beautiful unobstructed view of the Vanoise.

The new kitchen is fully equipped: dishwasher (10 place settings), conventional oven, microwave oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, 4-burner ceramic hob, extractor hood, plenty of storage space, filter coffee maker, Tassimo pod machine, kettle, toaster, hand blender, raclette-pierrade grill, crepe maker, fondue maker, waffle maker-croque-monsieur... etc.

A washing machine and ironing facilities are available in the apartment. All beds have comforters.
You'll also find a range of board games, a Bluetooth speaker, a nightlight, wall-mounted USB sockets, a cordless vacuum cleaner, a hairdryer...etc.
Baby equipment (bed, chair, bathtub) can be provided at no extra charge on request at the time of booking, and baby crockery is available in the apartment.

Cleaning products for the apartment are provided, and private WIFI in the apartment is included.

Access to the Charmasson chairlift and slope is less than 100 meters away, while the heart of the resort and the departure point of the Arrondaz gondola are 250 meters away.
